This website is operated by P3M Technologies Pvt Ltd, trading as P3M.ai, of 174/8, NSC Bose Road, Kolkata - 700040, West Bengal, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means you, the person using the site.

By accessing this website or submitting any form on it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the public P3M.ai website only: the pages you can read without logging in, and the forms on them.

They do not cover the IMPACT platform or any other product we license to an organisation. Use of those is governed by the separate written agreement between us and that organisation. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement wins.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

You may read, browse, and share the content here for your own information and for legitimate business evaluation of our services. You may not:

• Copy, republish, or resell our content, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the site by automated means.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or try to gain access to anything you are not authorised to see.

When you submit an enquiry, subscribe to updates, or apply for a role, you confirm the information you give is accurate and yours to give. Personal data you submit is handled as set out in our Privacy Notice, and we only process it once you have ticked the consent box.

If you send us an idea, a suggestion, or feedback about our products, you agree we may use it freely and without obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential information through these forms.

Everything on this site, including text, graphics, layout, logos, product names, code, and the reports and case studies we publish, is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

P3M.ai, IMPACT, and our logos are our marks. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

We put real effort into keeping this site accurate and current, but we provide it as is. We do not warrant that the content is complete or error free, or that the site will be available without interruption.

Anything on this site describing our products, methodology, statistics, or results is general information, not advice and not a contractual commitment. Case studies and figures describe past engagements and are not a promise of the same outcome for you. Do not rely on this site alone to make a decision that matters; talk to us first.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

To the extent Indian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything in it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

This site links to third party websites, and embeds services such as analytics. Those sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Read them before you rely on them.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site.

If any clause of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
