Meet our Auditor
I have had a diverse and enriching career journey shaped by resilience, spirituality, and a deep passion for education. My connection with England taught me perseverance, as I balanced two part-time jobs while completing my Business and Marketing degree from Coventry University. Although I initially followed the conventional path in corporate marketing, I quickly realized it did not fulfill me. This led me to further my studies with an M.Com. in Marketing from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, where I also discovered Advaita Vedanta, developed an interest in consumer behavior, and reignited my love for dance. During this time, I worked as a marketing consultant and volunteered teaching soft skills in a rural village, affirming that every experience contributes to personal growth.
Joining the Teach for India Fellowship in Mumbai was a pivotal moment in my career, where I realized the transformative power of unconditional love in education. I initiated projects focused on empowering students and parents and later became a primary homeroom teacher at The Aga Khan Academy in Hyderabad. While leading numerous initiatives, I felt an inner calling to explore spirituality, psychology, and dance more deeply. This led me to shift my focus towards becoming a teacher trainer and well-being coach, where I now design curricula, mentor teachers, and lead leadership programs aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
As an Indian classical dance practitioner, I work with 25 young dancers, gaining insights into the interconnectedness of movement, mind, and body. My approach to education is rooted in spirituality, positive psychology, and creativity, with the aim of nurturing both the intellectual and emotional growth of individuals. Through my work, I strive to empower learners to explore their potential, deepen their self-awareness, and contribute meaningfully to the world.
