P3M.AI is an education technology company in Kolkata. We build IMPACT - an assessment, observation and audit platform used by schools, institutions and enterprises to turn results into something a teacher can act on.
Why we exist
Schools were
already measuring.
Nothing came back.
Every school in India assesses constantly. Papers are set, marked and entered. Teachers are observed, rated and filed. And then the term moves on, and almost none of it changes what happens in a classroom on Monday.
The gap was never a shortage of data. It was that nothing turned the data into language. A 72 sits on a page. A rating of 3 out of 4 sits in a drawer. Neither tells a parent what their child needs, or tells a teacher which two grammar rules are costing a section most of its marks.
We started with a rubric, a set of schools, and a question: if every question and every criterion were tied to something teachable, could the result explain itself? Thirteen months and a thousand observations later, it could. That is the whole company.

Evidence over impression
Growth is tested statistically and reported with effect size. Every finding carries the method that produced it, and the limitation that qualifies it.

Development, not appraisal
Observation exists to help a teacher improve. Their feedback attaches to every report, contested ratings stay visible, and tasks close on verified change.

Children's data is not ours
The school owns the record. Access is by role, nothing is ranked publicly, and deletion on request is honoured across backups.

Machines measure, people judge
AI counts what a person in the room cannot. It never decides what a specific teacher or child needs, and no machine rating enters a record unconfirmed.

If your current system already tells a Class 7 teacher which two grammar rules are costing the section most of its marks, IMPACT will not add much.

2023 – 24
The alpha
Thirteen months at Pallavi Group of Schools. Over 1,000 observations across 250+ teachers, and 25% growth in teaching practice at school level.
2025
Beyond schools
The observation architecture proved portable - into enterprise verification, hiring assessment and sector audits outside education.
2026
National scale
A 100-school pan-India baseline with the Vivekananda Institute of Values, and financial literacy running at St. James' School, Kolkata.
