Service Delivery Policy

Tests bought on this website are supplied by P3M Technologies Pvt Ltd, trading as P3M.ai, as a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is no delivery address and no courier.

You receive two things: a link to take the test, and a report once the test is submitted. Both are sent to the email address you give at checkout, and also to your WhatsApp number if you give one and verify it with a code, so please check them carefully before you pay.

After your payment is confirmed, we send the test link by email, and on WhatsApp if your number is verified, usually within about 60 seconds.

• The link works without a password or PIN. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with the person taking the test.
• The link is valid for the period stated in your confirmation message (7 days for the launch test), counted from when it is sent.
• Each order allows one test attempt.
• If the link expires before it is used, you can ask for a new one once, free of charge, from the page the expired link shows you.

If your answers are interrupted partway, for example by a poor connection, open the same link again. Your saved answers are restored.

When the test is submitted, we prepare the report and send it as a secure link by email, and on WhatsApp if your number is verified, usually within about 15 minutes of submission. The link opens a page where you can view the report and download it as a PDF.

• The secure report link is valid for the period stated in the message that carries it (30 days for the launch test). After that, the page it shows lets you ask for a fresh link.
• The PDF is prepared in your browser when you open the link. We do not attach it to the email or send it as a file on WhatsApp.
• Your GST invoice also arrives as a secure link, not as an attachment. It opens a page where you can view and download the invoice. The invoice link is valid for a year, and the page lets you ask for a fresh link.

These times are what we aim for, not a guarantee for every order. If one channel fails, we still send through the other.

Please check these first:

• Look in your spam, junk and promotions folders for the email.
• Check that the email address and WhatsApp number you entered at checkout are correct, and that the number is on WhatsApp.
• Allow the times in this policy before assuming something has gone wrong.

If it still has not arrived, write to us using the contact details below with the buyer name, the email or WhatsApp number used at checkout, and the test name. We will look into it. If we cannot get the link or report to you, you can ask for a refund under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
